Terms of Service

Plain-English rules for using HUTLzone. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use HUTLzone (Eligibility)

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • If you are under the age of majority in your state (typically 18), you may only use HUTLzone with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Certain U.S. states (including but not limited to California, Utah, Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and Arkansas) require additional verifiable parental consent or parental-control affordances for minors. Where required, a parent or guardian must approve the minor's account and may exercise the minor's rights on their behalf.
  • You may not use HUTLzone if you have previously been banned or if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Your Content (User-Generated Content)

You own what you post. Posts, stories, reels, messages, listings, images, videos, audio, and comments that you create remain yours.

By submitting content to HUTLzone, you grant HUTLzone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, modify (for formatting), create derivative works of (for previews, thumbnails, and translations), publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, promoting, and improving the HUTLzone service and features you have chosen to use.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except that (a) residual copies may persist in backups for a commercially reasonable period, and (b) content you have shared with others (e.g., re-shared posts, sent messages) may remain visible to those recipients.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post, share, or engage in:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or stalking of any person.
  • Hate speech or content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status.
  • Illegal content or activity, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sale of illegal goods or controlled substances, human trafficking, terrorism, or the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Spam, scams, deceptive commercial practices, malware, phishing, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Impersonation of another person or entity, or misrepresentation of your affiliation.
  • Sexual content involving minors — this is strictly prohibited and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Content that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates privacy or publicity rights.
  • Circumventing safety features, RLS controls, rate limits, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

Every user can report content or accounts and block other users directly from the app. Reports are reviewed by our safety team. Blocking removes messages and visibility between the two accounts.

HUTLzone reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Where safety requires, action may be taken immediately and without prior notice. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

Nothing in these Terms limits our ability to comply with law-enforcement requests or to take action to protect users from imminent harm.

5. DMCA / Copyright

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on HUTLzone infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its URL(s) on HUTLzone.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

DMCA Agent — HUTLzone: dmca@hutlzone.app. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address. Users who repeatedly infringe will have their accounts terminated.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Ads

Paid features (HUTLzone, Gamer Pass, Business Pro, ad campaigns, Spotlight, wallpapers) are billed through our payments provider. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds are handled per our published Help Center policy and applicable law.

7. Disputes Between Users

HUTLzone is a platform for user interaction and, for BTS marketplace, user-to-user commerce. We are not a party to transactions or conversations between users. We do not verify listings, users, or messages, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed items.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUTLZONE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING DISPUTES WITH OR CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HUTLzone harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, license, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in small-claims court where eligible.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
